THE MISSING SHIELD

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older.
One entry per person. Submit one complete answer through the official entry form.
The first correct, complete, eligible entry is determined by the timestamp recorded by the website database. If entries share the same timestamp, the Sponsor will review the database record order.
The prize is one autographed bookmark and one book light. Approximate retail value: no more than $25.
The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven days and confirm eligibility. If not, the next eligible correct entry may be selected.
The winner may choose whether a name is displayed. Public identification is never required to win.
Entry information is used only to administer this challenge. It is not added to the mailing list and is not sold.
Renna Palmer Publishing may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible entries, and may suspend or cancel the challenge if technical, security or fairness problems prevent proper operation.
One Solve Monthly Crime case is planned per month. Each case ends after its first correct eligible solution or stated deadline.
