THE PALMER FAMILY ARCHIVE
The story is not built from memory alone.
This room is the documentary storehouse behind The Ralph Palmer Chronicles. Selected family photographs, certificates, military records, Detroit Police documents and newspaper research appear here with dates, provenance and links back into the chronology. The archive is intentionally selective: an artifact appears because it explains something, not simply because it survives.

Family images can appear here as archival objects with captions and dates you approve. The website can crop and frame them for presentation, but the underlying photograph remains untouched.

The paper trail before police work.
Diplomas, certificates and training records can be cataloged by date and connected directly to the corresponding point in Ralph's chronology.

HOW AN ARTIFACT OPENS
Every object can lead somewhere.
A visitor should be able to open one certificate or photograph and discover where it belongs in Detroit, what was happening in Ralph's career, which book uses it, and what other records sit beside it.
THE UNOPENED BOXES
The archive grows with every volume.
Later volumes can introduce additional photographs, documents, police records, locations and case files without turning the public website into a complete copy of the private archive. Until a collection is ready, the box stays closed.
